We provide delivery services for items in our Café menus, as well as our cakes, party packs and baby beginnings. For bulk or business-to-business orders please refer to our sister company, Swiss Treats.
Terms & Conditions for items in our Café menus:
- Prices and items are subjected to change and prevailing GST.
- Delivery within 10 minutes walking distance from outlet. No delivery from 11.30am to 2.00pm.
- Minimum purchase of S$50.00 is applicable for delivery. Orders must be made one (1) day in advance before 12 pm.
- Payment must be made via cash, upon delivery.
- A penalty of 50% the total order amount will be imposed on cancellations of all confirmed orders.
- Swissbake reserves the right to amend, change or remove any terms and conditions without prior notice.
Terms & Conditions for cakes and party packs
- Prices and items are subjected to change and prevailing GST.
- Self-collection is available for all orders. Delivery is available for cake orders above $50 and party pack orders above S$100, delivery is FREE for any orders above S$200.
- Delivery Charge: S$30 per trip. An additional delivery charge of S$10 per trip applies for deliveries to Sentosa, Pasir Ris and Changi.
- Delivery hours are from 11am to 4pm daily. Delivery before or after the delivery hours can be arranged at request, subjected to availability of our drivers and additional charges may apply.
- FOR SELF-COLLECTION (collection on the next day) – Orders must be made from Monday-Friday* before 4pm. Orders made on Saturday, Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed the next working day.
*Not applicable on Public Holidays, customised cakes or cakes larger than 1kg
- FOR DELIVERY – Orders must be made 2 working days in advance. Orders must be made from Monday-Friday* before 4pm. Orders made on Saturday, Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed the next working day. Payment must be made via cheque (cheque made payable to Swiss-Bake Pte Ltd), or made online during order with VISA or MASTERCARD.
*Not applicable on Public Holidays and cakes larger than 1kg
- For Wedding/ Customized/ 3D Cakes and Baby Beginnings – Orders must be made 5 working days in advance. Orders must be made from Monday-Friday* before 4pm. Orders made on Saturday, Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed the next working day.
- For Baby Beginnings – A Minimum order of 10 boxes, of the same type is required.
- We deliver only within Singapore, delivery is not applicable for Jurong Island and other locations not in mainland Singapore.
- Delivery is not available from 20 December to 26 December and Chinese New Year 23 January to 24 January 2012.
