Get fit with the right breakfast

Getting the right breakfast is essential. In the night our body requires a lot of energy which we have to replenish in the morning. Get your body back to what it needs - Fiber. Start powerful in the new day with a Bread that replenish your energy.

Our Chef's style;
An ideal breakfast is the combination of many healthy choices, enjoy a few slice of bread with your favourite spread (Butter, Jam, Kaya, Marmalade, etc). Complete with freshly squeeze fruit juice or a large glass of milk.

Take a family stroll on the weekend to Bukit Timah nature reserve.

When you have reached the highest place in town, you and your family will require more energy for the return trip. Have a break with a sandwich made from Swiss Soya Bread. This bread is light and gives you enough fiber to your next steps.

Recipe by our chef;
Simple on its own with a light spread of butter with jam or cheese.

Brainfood

In your daily business life the right bread helps your brain activity. Good fiber helps you to stay focus and most importantly don’t forget to drink enough water!

Our Chef's style;
The French Country Bread, add a few drops of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to cream cheese (until creamy) and squeeze lemon juice, seasoned to your taste and finish off by placing a thin slice of smoked salmon.

“Fitkicks” for your immune system

Every day, we are undergoing a change with the elevated outdoor temperature and the cool temperature indoor. Immunocompromised is vulnerable to catch a cold. Support your immune system with the Multigrain Bread for a start.

Our Chef's style;
Enjoy our Multigrain Bread with a thin layer spread of butter, layer up with large leaf of green salad then top it up with a couple of thin slice brie, or any of your favourite cheese.

A meeting of “live wires”

A little break in between for your kids is important to "recharge their battery". A tasty sandwich will replace them for what was lost during their playing or learning. After a small bread-snack they are “live wires” again.

Our Chef's style;
Traditional French brioche slightly toasted, accompany with a generous spread of a good quality jam (high percentage of fruits with no added sugar) alternatively with the kids all time favourite nutella. Complete with a glass of milk.

Tip from our chef;

I will always recommend to slightly toast your bread, it will enhance the Aroma. Guten Appetit !
